I have been a resident of the Winter Park area since 1988. As a full
time real estate professional, I specialize in listing and selling
single-family homes, condominiums and vacant land for primary or
resort residents. I use my knowledge and love of the area to market
and sell Grand County real estate. I am committed to meeting your
needs with integrity, honesty and professionalism. Your satisfaction
and positive experience is my goal.
Early in my real estate career, I earned my GRI, (Graduate Realtor
Institute) designation, and have recently pursued the prestigious
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Fewer than 5% of realtors
nationwide currently hold this designation which is the highest
professional designation awarded to realtors in the residential
sales field. I am most proud of my recent CENTURY 21 Quality Service
award, as this reflects my commitment to customer satisfaction.
I am passionate about the Colorado lifestyle, including mountain
biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and anything that
takes me outdoors. I coordinate a women’s weekly mountain biking and
snowshoeing group. When not outdoors, I am an avid reader, and enjoy
working on the Pet Pal’s board, which helps support the needs of our
local animal shelter and its tenants!
I live in an incredibly beautiful place but what makes Grand County
special, are its people. I love sharing this amazing place with my
clients.
